What is ena panel?

Ena panel, also known as Extractable Nuclear Antigen panel, is a blood test that measures the levels of certain antibodies in the blood that are associated with autoimmune disorders. The panel consists of different types of nuclear antigens that can trigger an immune response in the body. These antigens include Ro, La, Sm, RNP, Scl-70, Jo-1, and dsDNA. High levels of these antibodies can indicate autoimmune disorders such as lupus, Sjögren's syndrome, and mixed connective tissue disease. The ena panel is often used in conjunction with other blood tests and diagnostic tools to confirm a diagnosis, monitor the progression of the disease, and help guide a treatment plan.
